Zirconium Crowns & Bridges

Zirconium crowns and bridges represent the very best in strength and aesthetics for your patients. We don't feel any one system covers all the bases, so we offer you three world leading systems. All will produce immensely strong units in the range 900-1200 Mpa – more than a match for your patients' oral environment.

Zirkon Zahn

This Italian system was the first to allow full arch, one piece bridgework. Magnificent restorations – strong and beautiful. But, Zirkon Zahn just as effectively produces single units and multiple crown cases.

Cercon Zirconium

Where tooth cores are darker and there is a need to hide this, Cercon's more opaque core material easily hides dark, root treated tooth cores, for instance. CAD/CAM crown and bridge unit production results in restorations which fit to 20 micron tolerance

KaVo Everest

KaVo's big breakthrough is that their zirconium does not exhibit any shrinkage following the sintering process which gives zirconium its long term strength. Although these units cost slightly more, when the ultimate in fit is important for retention, Everest will produce exquisite restorations
